I was traveling through the area when I blew out a tire. I was stranded waiting for a tow truck waiting to get to the dealership for a new tire. While I was anxiously stranded, Mercedes service was on standby all day ready to help.
The service department was amazing communicating with me during the five hours I waited for a towing company to actually show up. Mercedes made sure I knew that they were ready to take care of me as soon as I arrived. And sure enough, as soon as my car rolled off the tow truck, they immediately were ready to get me a new tire and back on the road and heading back home to my family states away! Their service was above and beyond for a wayward traveler.
